Danny Dyer tells The Telegraph:

“Starmer is a f***ing non-entity. I feel sorry for the people when he goes to a factory and they put these poor people behind him and you can tell they all hate his guts. We need a leader. He’s not a leader. I don’t know what the f*** he is. He’s only in power because the Tories were such c***s.”

^ Eloquent!
But accurate. Starmer isn't a leader. He's a bottom feeder who's made himself rich by hoovering up the wasteage of taxpayer's money that the state brushes from the table. He hasnt a conviction in his head other than enriching himself through non-work and an supercilious distaste for anyone who isn't from his world. And he's only in power by default because the oppostion made themselves unelectable. No one voted for him, they just couldn't be bothered to vote against him by opting for an alternatve and he wandered through an open door with no real idea or plan for what he'd find on the other side. The fact he's been in office but not in power from day one demonstrates this. That situation usually happens at the end of an administration, not at the beginning. If anything the current situation is much worse than the final days of an administration which has run out of road because then there are competitors trying to wrest the levers of power. In Starmer's case he never had control of the levers of power. When the Tories collapsed they completely surrendered what vestige of control they had to Whitehall, the civil service and the supranational institutions. Starmer capitulates to these bodies and dresses it up as policy.

Dyer has identified this, even if he can't articulate it and he is right.

Thanks Loz... hang on... that wasn't Loz....

Capitalism, where some are very rich and some starve - communism, we all starve together 👍 (apart from those at the top 🤔)
Capitalism, where you really do have to question how some people got to the top of the heap and what they are doing with all that power ... and Communism. where you really do have to question how some people got to the top of the heap and what they are doing with all that power ...

We don't have free market capitalism, we have globalist corporatism where unaccountable conglomerates connive with governments whom they have in their pocket to misappropriate the means of production and rub out all competition. Exactly the same form of corporate communisim operating in China today where you only succeed with a rubber stamp from the regime and in turn you prop up that regime in power. True capitalism thrives on competition, not on stamping it out.

Completely agreed but my comment is directed at folks who don't understand that the kind of greedy, corrupt people running things under a nominally capitalist society are exactly equivalent to the greedy, corrupt people who run a communist society.

There is no doubt that nearly every, if not every, goverment is severly corrupt. There is no doubt that all the politicians are out for their party and themselves. The big question is: what is to be done about correcting the problem? Shall we get stoned and gripe about the gaverment like the hippies or should we organize and oppose the goverment like the Black Panthers. The problem is undeniable so action is imparitive.

Stringing them up, after stringing up the bankers is a method I'd be in favour of 🤔

The only thing that will work is something that not only deals with the current corruption but also makes the idea of future corruption unthinkable.

I have yet to see discussed a better potential solution than Lamppost Doctrine.

Unfortunately, that solution requires of people rather more effort than they prefer to invest in their health, safety, freedoms and childrens' future.

So ... you live under the government you deserve, no exceptions.
