All fair points Andy however, The banner says community and not just blokes who have several bikes and think they have 100% bike knowledge and use it to knock others down, rather than coach others upwards.
As you mention figures. I would say that we have had more input from lady members into the forum than we have had from the Daviel sub forum, the sport classic and MH900e sub forum, the st sub forum and the paso sub forum and yet those remain in place.
Most of us know most of our pillions are our female partners, some of those ride bikes too and some even own a ducati. In that respect, a sub forum for women riders, pillions, bike lovers and those just interested in bikes seems a reasonable subforum to have would it not?
Is that a Bad thing?..though your argument is misconstrued ...... obviously I wouldn't want to upset any of the above owners..

have you seen how many times a biker in here mentions their mrs? There is a fair chance if you are in a relationship and you want £25k new purchase on two wheels, the mrs will be involved in some way. Bike purchases within a partnership often come with a level of dual input in some way

The title is self explanatory and any lady biker or pillion is quite aware of the more base interests most men have.
We try to get all "pin up" material in that area to leave the rest of the community site as "safe".
Some members of the community haven't quite got the hand of it yet.

Yes your reply is classic df, you've spent more time blethering on about why women shouldn't have a place in here than supporting an option which welcomes other riders, spouses and partners even more so those who also are part of the biking community in some way
I'm not getting into a row with you on the internet andy, the forum is community based and as such we should be welcoming to all. You have a wealth of technical experience and if you could use that to bring others up rather than continually put others down when they offer something, then that would make your inputs more enjoyable.
Your technical ability is substantial and appreciated when it's not done in a deprecating way but the way you have an input in posts is for me, not worth the trade off so from this point, you're on ignore.
