Today i have been out on the Harley for a shopping trip the long way round, overcast and not warm but dry!! Had the usual assholes pulling out on me including a professional driver in a taxi, Guinness!!
Kept my cool to the point of not blowing a gaskit almost, anyway better weather for next week apparently, Monday to Wednesday.

Breathe in for 10 seconds hold for 10 seconds breathe out for 10 seconds.. do that a couple of times and you completely calm down or pass out but its all Gold

Nooo! but I was a tad weary after an epic ride. We had 2 newbies join us this time., (which helped to make up some of the numbers from those who had cried off because of the weather). they both cried off halfway, they were finding the pace too much for them.
I'm off to Wales on Tuesday. The weather is looking better for this convivial sojourn. I'll get some photos for your delectation.
Today i was going to stay in and watch BSB live from Assen but the weather is just to good so went out on the Harley!! Loomies was packed solid as i rode past
. I got blown away obviously by a V4 Pani that sounded fucking epic but i would rather be on the Harley.
It's meant to be even warmer for Monday-Wednesday 21 to 23 degrees so bring it on.

Had a close one today coming in caoimbra in Portugal the temp dial on the gs his 38c and everyone knows a paddy spontaneously combusts at 39 .. sitting in the hotel with the air-conditioning blasting contemplating get off my chomp having come so close to deathToday i was going to stay in and watch BSB live from Assen but the weather is just to good so went out on the Harley!! When we were in Portugal we noticed that their alcohol measures were extremely generous. They didn't measure them like they do here just poured in what they thought was right and added some.
Back before Malta stupidly joined the fucking EU you could go out with 1 Lira and get fucking wasted in Gozo. It was 10 cents for a glass of Gozitan wine that was roughly half a pint, my cousin Mario had his own vinyard and made the stuff, it's fucking rocket fuel. When i was there in the early 90s he would come over to my dad's place( my mum and dad went back to live there, that's another story ) and gave me a two litre bottle every other day. That same time i was walking round to the shop for some beer i bumped into a mate of mine, he's past on now but what are the odds?
We met up the next day and went on the piss, fucking mental day that was!!The day before we were flying back home me and the mother of my son went to the local bar for a goodbye drink and some of my family members were in there. We never bought a drink and loads of other guys in there paid for the whole evening of drinks. No idea what time we left as they close when they feel like it but it was bloody brilliant and there was a pool table so i was on that all night. My mum and dad were looking after Vincent for the evening, those were the day's!!
I remember seeing that in the Gozo Gazette, it was headed "English bloke goes into a bar and never buys anyone a drink, tight bastard" It was the talk of the Gozan women's institute circle for weeks
