I too went out today on the multi 
I literally had to get rid of the cobwebs, fecking spiders 
. It started first time, after 4 months of sitting there . Burned off the 1/2 tank of old fuel that was in it and filled it up on the way back with fresh fuel. No photos though as I left my phone on the side in the bike shed

I took a 2017 Multi 1200S for an extended test ride on Friday, over 100km, that was using 5.1ltrs/100km. Mine was 6.8/100.

Today i went for a little blast to pick a parcel up from the post office and i now have to stay home for another parcel due to be delivered at three O'clock. As ever it's a nice day and i have to stay in.
Anyway after some more digging i found this that explains why my bike is mental!!

Think its brown sauce if its a termi chip, red won't make it run right at all....remove the rubber bung from the ecu and squirt in there.
Right, after much more digging i have found a 32 tooth pulley for for the Harley but there's a catch i can only get one from the U.S.A for the best part of 300 quid!! Postage is silly money and then there is a 20% import VAT customs duty (based on item type), and a courier handling fee.
Then the pulley comes with a burr as you have to grind some parts of the motor to make it fit, uuuummmm i think i will give that a miss. I'm just going to have to get used to it i guess.

Is there anything actually wrong with ya bike? Ya kinda said it feels like the clutch is slipping? So its revving its tits out and going no where? Look above #10,540, it's not slipping the clutch but having a 32 tooth pulley will make it bit more normal, i have never owned a Harley!! It's all new to me, i do like working out different bikes so it's all school to me.
A bit more normal? What makes you think its not normal? It's realy aggressive on pull away, i thought my 996 was bad but the Harley is on another level. I'll get used to it in the long run and i've been off the road for 7 months!!

Still not getting ya... waddaya mean by aggressive? That's a good thing no? Just dont Crack the throttle wide open! Or is it the bite point of the clutch?my 749 has a weird bite point, it feels like its gunna stall so ya give it some fat and it feels like ya gunna filp the thing.. but thats just seat time, ya get used to it.It's realy aggressive on pull away, i thought my 996 was bad but the Harley is on another level. Aggresive as in as soon as you go to pull away it just wants to throw you off the back, i'll get there once we have some decent weather!! My 996 was like it but not as mental as the Harley, looking at it today i realised how massive the heads are!! So thinking about the size of each piston is pretty big and just it's nature i guess.

You have probably heard this fact but hd is the most efficient engine at turning petrol into noise without the side effect of horsepower...
Back in the day i knew a guy who made his own bikes with massive Harley motors in them. He used to take them to The Bulldog Bash( gone now
)!! He would do the run what you brung up the drag strip against GSXs etc. He would muller everyone from the start but he would lose on top end as the inline fours would beat him but only just!!
Just a thought and maybe easy to check and or rectify, but does it have a quick action throttle fitted? Sounds like you need a more progressive action. Also, and sorry about going on but, has it got a heavy throttle spring or a gunged up cable? My Darmah had that when I first bought it and it was a pig to ride in town. I stupidly persevered with it for an embarrassingly long time until my mate suggested I put some WD40 in the cable.
