Watched the Twins at Sulby Bridge, Micky D win 27 as Mark has already said.
Lovely to see Dom Herbertson in 3rd, Hicky in 2nd.
Rain scuppered the Superstock sadly, no more racing for us this year!

And that is the end of my TT trip, on the ferry in the morning.
Weather a bit dodgy but still has a wonderful time.

The Crowe Brothers from the Island took a very popular win, the first from a Manx person since Milky in 2002, I think.

Apart from Nick Crowe, the boys dad, who won 5 TT’s, and Dave Molyneux who has won 17 TT’s!!

This was your first trip with the ktm Jat, how did you get on with it?

Brilliant, we’ve avoided the Course this year and used the back roads as there’s no restrictions. Suspension is a bit stiff for the bumpy bits but on smooth roads it’s sublime.
The only thing wrong with the KTM is it doesn’t say Ducati on the tank.
It’s a modern SF1098S.
There’s a road just off the course from Ballaugh to Ramsey which is epic. Mostly unrestricted and virtually free of traffic.
Freedom!
I’d move to the Island tomorrow if I could, I love the place.

The ferry or the Island? There’s a few about, after all it is the TT you Gaylord…..



Lots of vans/campers/cars etc on the Manxman plus a fair few bikes.
The Manannan just takes bikes at TT time.

We were speaking to a friend of ours who is a sidecar passenger. Their Race 2 has been delayed and she was due to come back on the ferry this morning. She’s had to send her sister back with the motor home this morning and she’ll crash somewhere till after the race and try to get a ferry in the next few days.

Side car Race 2 has been red flagged apparently, a crash at the Waterworks which is near the Gooseneck.
I believe both riders are ok.

Hicky 2nd and Michael 3rd.

Crowes win the Side Car Race 2 with a 120mph lap, Ben in 2nd and Moly in 3rd!
