Health thread

In dads dementia ward, every single "nurse" is someone from Africa or india/pakistan or bangladesh. When you ask them a question a nurse would know, they seem puzzled. It appears they have 1 doctor and one nurse for the two full dementia wards and the rest seem to be basic first aiders to make up the minimum requirement of staffing levels
They are carers with basically no real qualifications

Wife Brother-in laws mother in hospital(throat cancer).

The doctor was on ward round, and gave some instructions to the nurse, "I dont understand the words that you say" was the reply.

Nurse then tried to give her soluable Oral paracetamol, but she can't swallow, so of she went to try and give it to her via a drip!!!.
Fortunately the Oral syringe would not go into the IV(they are different).

Wife sister told of this as she was on her way back, wife said stop the car turn around, and told her what shee needed to say and do.
It was reported but dont know the outcome.

Protein powder Ingredients...
Whatever they tell you but pay cheap get loads of sugar

I used loads of Protein powders years ago and always sought out the lowest carbs and sugar versions no one was remotely as good as whole food Protein.. I consume 20-30 grams of protein within 20 minutes of finishing training for best results 👀😆

The best thing you can do for your health, is steer clear of doctors, and disregard any government advice on the subject.

These jabs, won't stop anyone getting diabetes, or heart issues, or dementia, or any auto-immune diseases at all. But there are side effects.

The government, spaffing our money to promote pharma companies products. Again.

You should ask B what she is putting in your food. If it's seed oils, you have a decision to make.

I developed dry skin on my hands and it was going up my wrists - not total coverage, just patchy but was getting radually worse over about 4 years. I tried every cream I could find and they'd seem to improve it at first but within about 3 weeks it would be back to how it was.

When I went carnivore it cleared up completely. Before I went carni I was keto for 4 months - only ate meat and veg - that didn't make any difference at all, but when I cut out the veg aswell it went away. All vegs are toxic to humans in some degree or other.

Or maybe you're allergic to chickens?

I did wonder who the Jama Network were as you often see some obscure non pier review group put out a claim and I got this.

JAMA is a peer-reviewed medical journal published 48 times a year by the American Medical Association. It publishes original research, reviews, and editorials covering all aspects of biomedicine. The journal was established in 1883 with Nathan Smith Davis as the founding editor.
