The UK like Ireland treats their patients with paperwork once the paperwork is done their are actual little fucks given about the actual treatment the patients get ... I have watched it several times now with loved ones from the time nurses became college graduates and stop looking after basic human needs the system has got far worse and the reason all our nurses are from far poorer countries still training nurses in an apprenticeship style way.

In dads dementia ward, every single "nurse" is someone from Africa or india/pakistan or bangladesh. When you ask them a question a nurse would know, they seem puzzled. It appears they have 1 doctor and one nurse for the two full dementia wards and the rest seem to be basic first aiders to make up the minimum requirement of staffing levels
It's worse here in the care industry... minimum staffing levels are never met and the owners /management of said homes dont give a fuck as they know full well they will not be shut down or even fined... how do they know this? Years and years of doing the same shit, with impunity. It's almost like the powers that be have a vested interest....
