So anyhu, finally got around to doing a bit more on this bike..

When moving it from my bros to my new place, it had no front end on ( still don't!) So I took the oil cooler off to make things easier .
So the oil cooler didn't get damage but the horizontal head cover that the cooler mounts to did...

After thinking for a few weeks about getting it welded, I remembered I had the Ole engine still! So I took that on off....
Then had to strip and paint it..
Had to remove the water pump to fit the cps as ya can't do that with the pump on and I hadn't..
Done that that is..
Over the last few days if done that stuff , flitted the cooler ( had to get new o rings for the oil lines as the fell apart when I ruled grease on em so I guess they were fucked) I fitted the rear sets, rear hugger a new clutch slave that I found in a box ( saves cleaning the old one ) and started fitting the loom..

The battery box on these bikes is a Guinness..
And I had it in and out 4 times!!! 4 fucken times!!!!!
One of the rad hose clips was obstructing it so had to turn thet around.. forgot to route the earth And couldn't do it after, forgot to put thre heat shield back on it!!! And forgot to connect a plug behind the heat shield!!!!
Arrrrggghhhhh!!!!!
It's got exact start cables and the earth is a Guinness to fit due to the crash bung mount so had to take that off and put back a few time before that got sorted..
Also have lost all the close ups of the wiring I took I stripped her down which would have made life alot fucken easier!
The workshop manual is good but takes a lot more thinking than I like to put in.
Anyhu I've got me melon about 80% around it ( no doubt I'll find something the will necessitate pulling the bike back apart!
Next up will be airbox and throttle bodies, air tunes n stuff..
Still need a steering stem nut and some forks! @Exige?

Parcel would be 15x15x80 cms and 8KG.
 
Think so yes, they don't do Pidgeon as it's too heavy - but that would also be airmail 👀

Do you know any that you could book for a collection that use a boat 🤷‍♂️
 
Or a UK consolidator who I could post to for them to forward?

Fedex is the cheapest I can find if I drop off - £78.00 with £150 insured value. 3 to 5 days so they say 🤷‍♂️
