I think you will find Wotsit's are one of the last remaining globally respected currencies, held in the same high regard as herds of camels, beaver pelts, and remarkably, Scottish fivers.

With a 35 foot Wotsit you could still pay off your blackmailers from a respectable distance.

FYI, they have recently reintroduced beavers at a local wildlife reserve, so free money, like a local ATM really. That said I did encounter some unexpected resistance at Sainsbury's today when I asked the delightful cashier how many Curly Wurly's could I get for this beaver.
