I'm getting increasingly fed up with people vaping in pubs. The smell is vile. It's worse than cigarette smoke.

If you are dying then why not enjoy whatever vice floats your boat (providing you're not causing harm or loss to others)?
A lot aren't dying so smoking while you are being treated for cancer or any serious illness is absolutely fucking retarded, me personally would have the smoking shelter 42kms from the hospital so nobody in the hospital has to smell the disgusting smoke .😆

Would you inject your baby with a product that 6 babies died during safety trial?
How the fuck does that product get to market after that? Oh yeah that’s right…because they just need ti say it was something else that killed them. Simples.

I saw an advert the other day where it says that 1 in every 2 people will get cancer in their lifetime, in 1980 it was 1 in 3. You have to ask, what has happened to the trillions of pounds that have been put into the global cancer research community?
Nothing sells like fear ... when my kids were younger they would repeat stats like 1in 2 people ... making sure they get into everyone's head to shake the money tree

So back to the hospital SDEC for my appointment.

The beater blockers are doing a good job - heart rate normal.

Swelling has reduced but still has some way to go. Said could be a few weeks before I can lie down again.

Blood tests show slight damage to my kidneys but that could be because of the water tablets - more tests, should know result later today.

Further checking of the x-ray from last week showed slight enlargening of the heart.

Echocardiogram will be a few weeks away yet (I thought I was getting that today) and being referred to the arrythmia unit to further investigate.

Hope it calms down soon dude 👍

I assumed you had taken the tablets and returned to normal. I'm glad you're improving, it sounds as though you need a bit more golf or other gentle exercise.

It's getting there, but until the fluid all goes we can't really get to what the cause of the atrial fibrilation is. I've had it at least 10 or 11 years that I know of - maybe all my life. I've never had any endurance for running, swimming, cycling etc, and soon ran out of steam before my mates did, so I'm thinking I've probably always had it.

But my heart rate is better (49 today - 127 was the lowest reading they got last week). And my blood pressure is fine. Just want to clear the fluid without fucking up my kidneys now 😁
