Health thread

Have you ever read the insert that comes with them? There’ll be a shitload of effects. Doctors for the most part only know to prescribe drugs.
Eat clean; get out into nature; get a pet; do some exercise; spend time with family or look up some old friends; take on a project. All those will be better than the drugs and have no side effects.
Sure, the drugs might have helped at the start but after a while they’ll not be doing anything…you’ll have got over the issue. Now they’ll just be piling up these negative effects.
Yeah, i'm getting off them for sure and trying the Carnivore diet, nothing to lose!! I have some thing's lined up for the Harley when the weather turns nasty but making the most of this good weather we are having. It's all turning shit from Saturday so will spend some time in the garage, nothing like a bit of tinkering and machine gunning the garage wall with spanners!!:ROFLMAO:

That’s it…anything that gives you an interest.
I’ve been looking for a bike for winter - something super cheap that I can go green laning on, and doesn’t matter if I drop it a few times. Lightness is more important than power if I’ve got to pick it up three times when there’s no one nearby 😁
Something to keep me riding through the winter.
I know that riding is super important for you, more than most.
Doing your upgrades to the HD over winter will be great for you, and keep you looking forward 👍

I think the best place to look is Gumtree rather than ebay etc...! Always a bargain on there, i've bought two of the best bikes i've had on Gumtree, my 900ss ie and the VN800, both at bargain price and turned out be great bikes!!🤷‍♂️

When i had the head on with that drunk Guinness in 2016 i was told that i wouldn't be riding bikes again for at least a year!! I gave my self silly goals as in i will be back on the road in 2 months, i was told don't be silly. Then after 2 months i said 3 months, same thing don't be silly, so i said 4 months and i was back on my 900ie riding up to see my cousin in Northampton as her other half was killed in a head on on his 999!!
He died while i was in Hospital, that's another mad story, set yourself silly goals and it makes you more determined to do it, fuck the so called experts!!

Your mind is the most important tool you’ve got.
A young (I think he’s about 22) guy at the rugby club got badly injured about 8 months ago; spinal injury; coma; paralysed neck down. Once he came out the coma, he’s mentally processed what he was told, “probably paralysed for life” but he’s taken the ‘probably’ for ‘might not be’. He’s making great progress because of his positive attitude…they’ve got him standing. And he’s been on a date with one of his nurses to a pub (along with several friends to help him).
I reckon if his attitude was different he’d be bed bound forever. As he is, there’s a good chance he’ll be up and about in the future. He’s an inspiration even at his young age. Don’t accept ‘no’.

Where the head goes…everything else follows, imho.

Yep the brain is a very powerful tool when you know what to tap into, as you know big pharma want you ill and not well!!
I've said before in my 20s i studied shamanism and had some lets say interesting experiences that and the acid and dope i was smoking!! Very eye opening indeed.
THEY just want you suppressed as to not see the world or the real world for what it has become, a total shit show!! 🤷‍♂️
Hope the rugby dude overcomes his troubles and by the sound of it he is without doubt getting there.(y)
