The past two nights we watched The Mauritanian (see above) and I Care A Lot. Two highly recommended films that each shine a light on how f&&ked up the US legal system is in places whilst the USA still holds themselves out as a shining beacon of democracy & legal fairness.
The Mauritanian is a true story, I Care A Lot is a black comedy loosely based upon the antics of corrupt legal guardians in the US, the most notorious being April Parks.

Just watched the final season of “4 blocks” on Prime video.

And doesn't the suspect resemble a certain Lord of the Shed? 
After watching it, ok, he is pretty suspicious...but is it just made to appear so? Could there be a cop involved? That Detective came across as very dodgy to me, and the crime scene and evidence was fudged...how do they lose a 10' gate FFS?

Just finished watching it. The knife fight scene was epic.
The local (and not so local) Gards, due to naivety and/or imcompetence, prevented there ever being a proper and thorough investigation and sadly, it will never be proven who did it, or whether Ian Bailey did or didn’t do it.And doesn't the suspect resemble a certain Lord of the Shed?

He also faced consequences from the McCarthy era and had to face senate where he was labelled "Un-American", was promoting communism and was placed on a banned list in 1948. The key reason not only was the film which ridiculed a hitler/mussolini character but probably one of the most famous speaches after martin luther kings I have a dream. It is promoted as a comedy but becomes clear he was using the film as a vehicle for social activisim.

Both brilliant. I had never heard of Breaking Bad until all of the series had ran.
I think Aaron Paul (Jessie Pinkman) was on Top Gear doing the Star in a Car thing, and Jeremy Clarkson said his daughter was a massive fan of the show. I looked it up and watched everyone of them in about 3 weeks, 3 or4 shows a day. 
Just watched The Serpent (was BBC now on Netflix) the past few evenings; brilliant but chilling. It’s a true story about Charles Sobrahj, a serial killer operating in SE Asia in the late 70s knocking off trustafarians on the Hippy Trail. Well worth watching

I had a 650 Katana, shaft drive, it was mint and i do regret selling that, and it had the origanal black chrome exhaust system, just that alone is worth a shit load now!

I can’t afford the fine so stay in. Done my 2 day test, negative and sent my 8 day test this morning, assuming that’s negative, I can return to normal on Saturday morning and looking forward to going out on the bike.
Only seeing this now Jim thanks, back when there was quarinteen in Ireland I gave my work mobile as I genuinely don't have a land line I used to sit in the van to take the call and go back to work but no checks in Ireland now travelling in Europe once I get a clean pcr test!
