The government made the Bank of Wales (sorry, England) responsible for interest rates so that politicians can join in with the public on horror at rising rates. Sorting out the economy is just not the answer! Ask Kwasi, as he knows all about managing the economy! Or was that wrecking it and hoping that people have forgotten?
