Right, lock up yer daughters coz Yorkshire is about to be re-invaded by the Scots!!! well a nearly honoury one anyway! :o

I'm staying at the Gomersal Park Hotel all week, anyone wanting to come and take the pish out of me and my bike/riding ability is more than welcome!!!! :p

And just as a token to the wonderful Yorkshire people (and I know it's been on here before) But this is Yorkshiremen all over!!! :D :D

OK you're on - but you need to visit an authentic indian curry house though :D or come to Harrogate where the posh people live.

Right, calm down you lot, DG, I'm from Kent, but don't have a kentish accent or attitude, I have a warm, welcoming Highland attitude. Yes I have lots of hair, but all in the right places - ie. not on my back - like Pete! :eek: ;)

I arrived here about 7 ish after 410 miles. I'm fcuked beyond reason. I'm just off the M62 J27, about 15 mins from leeds (I think)

Sheep left holding the fort at home - which seems a very very long way away. I haven't been to Englandshire for ages now, but this hotel is lovely, makes up for it. :)

...so what's the plan stan, am I way out of people's way or not? I'm gonna be working no later than I have to so after I've sampled the jacuzzi, sauna, gym and swimming pool I'll be ready for a beer with mi mates!!! :p
 
Well I am 70 ish miles further south - but thats an awful lot closer than the 400 plus where you normally are - so, if there is to be a gathering of the clans before you go back - I'll come along :)

Come on then....who's local and what can we do? this poor southern jessie, miles away from home in a beautiful hotel with the company expenses to squander.............suggestions???
