Xmas Dinner.

Ok, I'm a single bloke, not going to my Mum's as never in a fit state to drive Xmas day, family have never really 'done' Christmas anyway, which is a bit of a shame 'cause it also means that I don't really care for it, HOWEVER.

I love Christmas dinner, I really love it, even more I like cooking it, so I am cooking dinner for my lodger, (he's washing up) I am going to do my own Cranberry sauce, stuffing, special sprouts, can't wait to get cooking !

Don't have a dining room table and when it comes to Xmas dinner bigger is best, tray on knee, Ikeas's biggest plates, eat drink sleep.

Whats everyone else eating, cooking etc ?

I cooked for my mate last year, its a big plate, may not look pretty but it was good !

Damn, should have done a poll, not sure what I would have polled though, a billox to it, its a quarter past 3. night me, see ya all about lunchtime !!!

We're not doing Xmas dinner this year, not even having a drink either!

We normally have the traditional every year, but this year we decided to drop it.

The turkey will be cooked and stripped beforehand - we'll be too busy getting packed up and ready to go instead ;)

The kids don't know it yet (hence why we can't get packed now) but we're off to Disney on boxing day as a surprise for them - they've absolutely no idea at all and I can't wait to see their faces when they open the tickets :D

We're off for 12 days and will have a ton of packing to do instead, so it'll be quick and easy stuff on Xmas day :( but as soon as we get to Dis' it'll be something special.

THAT looks a mighty fine plate of grub Ian!!! But I prefer the more traditional food...Im off for a curry on Xmas day.
