More to the point...
Who was the eejit who told everyone not to worry about petrol coz they could fill up at a garage further down the road....
....which turned out to be closed.....

Hmmmmm that would be me again - anyhoo - lets stop talking about about the idylic highland life were garages shut at 5pm on Saturday afetrnoons when the Masher and that big HOG thingy are in town - who needs money anyway

errr dont be so hard on yourself...you were just the eejit who listened to an eejit...ME!!!!!!

Mohawk, if you can get the time in Sept, get the MHR sparked up and come to Moffat for the Macgiro! Details also on calendar (I think!)

Your quite correct. Actually missing a lot this year due to work, European & now this year Olympic commitments. :(
Off shore for the AGM, :( Missing a good  & craic there. Then missing the SDC trackdays, :mad:Will make the DG trackdays hopefully. :)
Then I can make the Highland Fling , but may be in Englandshire then with a pre-Olympic Hockey tourni.:(. Great for the Olympics, but crap for my biking.
Then offshore for the masher. Damn & blast.

I'm not sure that's totally accurate the trackdays aren't confirmed yet!!!

It may mean having to buy that pint for Bruce.:D

FYI
most events/dates on the Calendar are pretty much sorted, but some are not yet confirmed and may be subject to change. Unfortunately at the time the calendar went to press we were (and still are) sorting out some of the event details and will be publishing an up to date list of events soon.....Apologies if this causes a few problems....we appreciate many members plan their year in advance....but without going into details some events are still being finalised.

Just as well you're not coming to any club events this year as Mary would give you a slap that ends all slaps! ;) :)

A lot of dates we can safely assume are going to be accurate (such as the Masher) in advance but things like trackdays are down to availability that is in the control of someone else.
Last year BSB at Knockhill had a last minute change which screws up the Bob Mac which we attended so initially we work on one date and find that it then moves.
This year club decides to add a second track day due to success of first ones but Knockhill have event on day before event we planned so we have to move to another date.
Overall the club probably has more events than most bike clubs and the more that are added the more time it takes up and there are only a handful of folk either on the committee or co-opted and most of them are working so all in all I reckon to be able in January to give fixed dates and venues for most events running through until September/October is pretty impressive.
As always if there are any changes they are posted up here or by email as soon as we know.
Meantime you should get your shift pattern changed and get your ass to at least 1 event! :p :lol2:

I see Chiz so seldom that I forget about all the slaps he should have and end up giving him a big hug instead! :D

Rab ??

(I know that traditionally Wob asks the question, but I haven't seen him on line for a few days :))
