Having read all this again, it's an exact repeat of more than one previous thread, I wonder if you should actually be riding at all. Maybe you are better off selling all the motos and get some decent protection for riding your ebike. You are endlessly confusing yourself and it doesnt sound healthy anymore. Sorry to put a serious post in amongst the mirth!![]()
Don't want any serious shit here!!!Having read all this again, it's an exact repeat of more than one previous thread, I wonder if you should actually be riding at all. The flaw in this cunning plan is that I don't think that anything is shit! I have never ever regretted any two wheel purchase in my life. I Other people may not agree, but I give not a toss!Run this program
1:Buy bike
2:Bike shit
3:Goto 1
4:Run
I would expect nothing more from Wroughtironron!
Another day, another thought . . . . ..Next bike will either be the KTM Duke, or the Ducati Supersport. The Ducati is about four grand more than the KTM. The Duc does have a full fairing, though. But four grand?
Or, shut the fck up and stick with my KTM rc390 and get my Ducatis back on the road.
Fing is: it is not as though I’m unhappy with anything. I can tour on both Ducatis and just have fun on the KTM.

SorryAnother day, another thought . . . . ..
a) If I buy anything, it will be the Ducati and p/x the ST2
or
b) Stick with what I have and finish doing the shims on the ST2
I will double-check at Riders, tomorrow that there is no problem getting the shims, because I know that I will need some.
Leaning towards option b
The challenge now is to keep people's interest in my tiresome thread!![]()
I've posted elsewhere but option (b) is the way to go.Another day, another thought . . . . ..

Completely agree with option (b)I've posted elsewhere but option (b) is the way to go.
I would start tomorrow but I have my covid booster. From previous experience, safer to just write off the day.
I am getting done faster than my mate who is 4 years older then me.. Our view is that covid will just be an ongoing thing for the rest of our lives, just like flu and having the flu inoculation every year. Easier to just accept it, rather than try to fight it and shit about refusing vaccines!
