What the feck have you done today?

Bought some Liqui Moly Rubber Care for the window seals on my car.

The front windscreen rubber trim is cracking due to sun damage (15 years old), but even though the trim pulls off and the new trim clips in (with some encouragement) without removing the windscreen, the auto-glass businesses I've contacted, want to remove the friggin windscreen :mad:

Duck tape will protect from further uv damage, available in black or silver 👍

How much is your windscreen excess Ron? If it's covered by insurance, whack it with a hammer in the line of site wiper area then get a new screen and rubber for peanuts

Obviously this is only advice given if you intend to write a book about such things so for educational purposes only
