A friend suggested Bennett’s War to me - it’s on Netflix. Motorcycle racing US Army special forces guy gets blown up and it’s about his trials in returning to motorcycle racing.
Anyway, I duly added it to my watch list.
Went to watch it last night after the OH had gone to bed and discovered another film in my list, which I had no recollection of adding. Riding High, from 1981, staring Eddie Kidd. The story line (
if you can call it that) is about a motorcycle courier who wants to be a stunt rider.
It is the biggest pile of poop I’ve ever watched. It’s filmed in a cheap grainy 1970s amateur porn film style complete with a close up of EK’s arse & crotch and had about 4 lines of dialogue in the first 10 mins I watched, the rest was just a film of EK riding around on a Yam DT400.
Don’t bother watching it.

Ryan Gosling plays a cia killer turned on. Gosling pretty much is the same role as most of his movies, barely talks. Plenty of action but, If it was a a record single, it would be the B side, not a bad B side but the B side never the less.
