I thought it was a great film. Played homage to the original in an appropriately cheesy way. Real feel good movie - 10/10 if you loved the original.Ended up being a good movie afterall.Love that P-51, I sure would love to have one of those.
@AirCon do you know what that lockheed/skunkworks craft was in the beginning of the movie?
It’s grossed silly amounts, and you can see why.
The aircraft is what is thought to be the SR92 Darkstar, although alledged not to exist, there have been rumours of a mach 10 capable aircraft using scramjet engines, the X43A achieved mach 10 after being boosted to 110,000ft. Also according to area 51 watchers an aircraft using pulsejet technology and hydrogen slush as fuel left strange vapour trails over NevadaEnded up being a good movie afterall.

It was an enjoyable movie, even with the tongue in cheek action.
That P-51 is his own plane, an imaculate restoration of the model.

We recently watched Hari Giji or Giji Hari or whatever it’s called, was in BBC ages ago but now on Netflix. Yakuza crime drama - a great watch.
We also started watching Entrapped on Metflix but suddenly realised it’s season 3 of the Trapped series so stopped and had to hunt down season 1 & 2 which are on Prime. Dark, Scandì crime thriller, set in Iceland - very good.
And finally the best of the lot, Ted Lasso on Apple TV. What a great series that is and I can see why it won a load of awards, it’s brilliant

Not sure why, a good number of videos posted on this site are blocked here (Belgique). This video for example, is blocked by PBS due to copyright restrictions - a U.S. geofencing lock .

It’s fooking annoying. I can watch BBC1 or ITV live (or record programmes from there) but can’t watch their programmes on iPlayer and ITV’s equivalent. Likewise there’s things on US Netflix that aren’t on UK/ROI Netflix
. I know the reasons why but it’s still annoying. In your case I guess the content owner has licensed it to a Belgian channel and thus you can’t watch it other than via them.
