And I'm just practising drinking a few beers in readiness for Tuesday evening. I would offer to bring my world famous potato salad but I can't fit food it into a rucksack or a tank bag once I've got me heated rollers and make up bag in! :)

Well I got a reasonable yield, cooked and 'tested' a couple and lodger and myself tried them, they are good !

Lean steak mince, jalepenos, chopped chilli, crushed fried kidney beans, garlic and worcester sauce, chopped tomato and onion, with a bit of Red Leicester for good measure !

Could be described as 'a bit cheeky'

Sounds delicious, Ian. I don't usually eat burgers but I might make an exception. ;)

Its a bit 'Russian Roulette' though Ruth, some have 'embedded' cheese in the burger, some don't.

A warning of Napalm symptons need to be employed before biting into burgers !

I am also going to bring some aluminium trays for cooking as not confident on the structural integrity of my burgers !

Did you not use a little beaten egg in the mix???
It holds it all together :)

Yep, two organic eggs in each mix to bind together, just not sure they will cope with just the wire of a BBQ !

I have some of those alloy chuck away trays that I use for cooking veg on the BBQ, I will just take them done, they have holes in them so you still get the 'flamed' effect !

Back soon, just going to make some curtains for the van !

Ian, cant wait to try some;)

keeping fingers xx'd now that I will be unemployed a little longer (might have 2nd interview on Weds) so I can still come tomorrow afternoon.

Bones is hoping there is room in the garden for a small tent if I do come along, as there is only room for 2 to kip in the van (and I aint sharing with him, rather than AK lol )
