OK, Scottch has asked the question 'what is weeding' here goes, artwork is sent to the plotter, the plotter is just like a printer with a blade, it kiss cuts the vinyl and leaves it ready to 'weed'
So Mikey has got all the 'plotting' done, as I have done it before at various stages I offered to weed.
In this picture you should be able to see some 'weeded' areas also some areas ready for 'weeding'.
In the next picture you will see the seperation..........
Once this is complete, a 'backing' tape is applied, this will allow the user to peel the 'sticker' from its original backing and line up and place onto the desired substrate.
As it is very hard to see through I will put align marks on each sticker so you can place accuratley, I will also supply fitting directions !
