Hi Dunc,

Could meet up with you depending on what time your leaving home mate. Only live near Mossley t'other side of the Saddleworth Moors from you. I usually get home bout 5.45pm depending on the traffic and it takes about 20 mins to Holmfirth.....

Hi Dunc, same as BP Wednesday too busy with bikes and cops, they even had the helicopter out once. Look out for Harrogate rideouts Tuesday eve.

If the weather is OK I'll venture down.

Not seen the PD down there for yonks, unless you count the Polizei (lookie likie) bike that was there on Saturday morning, looked like the real deal apart from the covers on the blue lights, even made the right noises.

Given a decent day its heaving there, so arriving before 7.00pm is a good idea.

Ray.

got to Squires about 5:15, 2 cuppas & left at 6:15, no sign of any Ducatis, in fact not many bikes out. Cold but pleasant run out

good to meet you Tony, today. Saw you whizzing up the big hill into Harrogate later, we were just crossing the road on our pedallies........

Got to Squires at around 6:45. Ray was already there, DTD turned up around 7 I think. He got a round of coffee's in too, good on him! No sign of rain at our end, but DTD got a good soaking. A nice hours chat and back home.
Note to self: do not wear summer gloves when its 4 degrees. 15 minute ride back froze my fingers!

Thanks

Rich n Ray really enjoyed the chat. Dont ever let me take a stab at the weather forcast ever again it was cr*p.
Must be said tho it was fine n dry at squires got a real soaking again on the way home.:rain:

Made an attempt, but only got home just before 7pm and it was/had rained. Decided I had drier things to do...

Maybe catch you all again soon..

I thought it wasn't wednesday when I got there, very, very quiet. Never mind, must have been some sort of record.........Ducatis making up about 10% of the bikes there on a wednesday night:)

Thanks for the coffee DTD, that 848 has proven itself waterproof if nowt else!!

Is the road sedici still on display at Ducati Leeds? I ought to pay a visit for a gawp.......

Good to see ya Richc.........

Nice wheelie from the 1098s as he left, tut, tut, :D

TonyV, Got there about 6.45pm so missed ya.

No rain there or back, just the usual Jam sandwich driver pointing his hair dryer at passing cars parked up near the Barkston ash nursery...........very quiet night for bikes :lol2:

Heated grips...luvverly jubbly, make all the difference even on chilly summer evenings. This is Britain after all. Can't abide wearing thick winter gloves.
Am I a puff?? mebe but with warm hands:D
