This has been on the cards for years, nothing has been done to address the issue. Youngsters are actively discouraged away from motorcycles, prices, insurance, road tax, how can those that decide, tax a motorcycle at £102 where as my car which weighs six times more and if measured properly kicks out more polution, is only £20?
