Since we had a good blether and some great banter - is there enough interest to meet at South Queensferry next month?

This time at The Two Bridges, just a little further along the prom, at 7pm again.

What about making it a tad earlier, say 6-6.30pm.....my stomach was in turmoil waiting for my steak......:comp2:
 
It's a little known fact that I owe my existence to South Queensferry, cos my parents lived in Bridge House when they were just married and my Dad was stationed up there in the Navy. I lived there as well for a year or two after I was born.

I've worked for Hewlett-Packard for ages and used to go up there once a month when HP were based there, so I know the Two Bridges well.

Shame I can't get there from Bedford ;)
 
yep sounds like a plan Scott :) I should be there but it's going to be after 7 for me again....

Howsabout we say the 6th of September @7pm, meet at the Two Bridges in South Queensferry for a bite to eat and a blether.

If it's well attended maybe we could make plans to meet the first Thursday of the month, every month - location to be confirmed (the food in the Hawes is great, but the parking is @@@@ - the parking at the Two Bridges looks great, but I'm not sure how the food compares).

What say you guys?
 
You can get a pretty good feed at all the pubs along the front.... We can try them all until we settle on the one with the best food and service:) ........ or until we are barred from them.......:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

actually it was dry roasted peanuts on Sunday;)

Might be a little bit late on thursday so save me a seat.
