The Souths Lancs 170 (End Aug 2006)

Ok on the back of the Famous RTL series I am planning a South Lancs 170. It's 178 miles to be exact.

Around south Lancs A roads, B roads and lanes. Goes Rivington Barn to Devils via Slaidburn then to Glasson via Trough of Bowland then back via the western flat twisty coastal lancashire lanes. Managed to get all the recky work done yesterday before the rain. :)

If you have MS Auto route then PM me and I will send you the route, these are my favorite roads built up over 20 years of biking.
 
How many cameras and plod? My (limited) experience is of millions around there. I did one rideout from Rivington Barn and was really @@@@ed with what I saw!
 
Very few camera's and i know where they all are anyway. Plus the plan is to go out on a Saturday NOT a Sunday, so very few plod around also.

Believe me I know these lanes. :)
 
sounds good then - make sure it doesn't clash with Midgie Masher weekend - and I'll come - but Saturdays are awkward for me - Mondays?
