I had a problem with the the standard exhaust when i had the termis fitted to my multi, couldn't work out how to sort it so I called Ducati UK, spoke to Tony who couldn't tell me then and there, promised to phone back the next day which he did, explained he thought he had a solution but it would take till Monday and yup, on Monday he had it sorted.

Great customer service from a very helpful person, its nice to know you can get still this level of customer care , bet its not the same from hondkawayamauki

not sure about that i work for honda and there technical backup and training is second to none
are you both going on dl's run out on sunday i'm not sure yet gotta sort out a couple of things first then theres always the crap summer weather to think about
