Hi,
The weather in Scotland looks good this Sunday. Hoping to head up the west coast. Might bump into some fellow Ducati owners if your in this neck of the woods. Just heading home from work on my 1098 and it's dry - brilliant.

I've seen a few jap £500/600 winter hacks advertised, just cannae be ersed going looking at them, presuming you huvni got anything sorted fir the winter Andy?

It's not cold enough here for them to have gritted them roads, the sna is only above 2000 ft here - Wyvis Looks beautiful! still 6 deg though!! brrrrr!
I was in Pitlochry yest and they had gritted the roads from Aviemore down to there. Couldn't believe it. They have no idea have they!
Geoff, if you make it this far come on over from the west coast on your way back down Sean, Mark, Stewart and myself could meet up with you or summat. :)

Heavy gritting on the A9 last night ,pretty much below freezing from Dingwall all the way doon(from the back of 8)....watching the outside temp gauge on the dash between Blair Atholl and Pitlochry...dropped to -11 within a couple of minutes then climbed back up to -2 again, must have went through some weird parallel universe pocket or maybe my x wife was aboot.

The A90 around here has had a heavy dose of salt over the weekend. The other roads have been left alone though.

Hi,
Grit everywhere - even started gritting in Renfrew. Anyway had an excellent run with some excellent weather. I'm still road testing my monster so wasn't planning on meeting up, only if I bumped into anybody. Dropped into DG and met Andy and Aaron - hope you had a good run home. Entering Invererary - monster going south - anybody here? Went over to Dalmally then Connel, Glencoe, Tyndrum, Crianlarich, Tarbet then DG - nearly all blue skys and dry roads. Bad accident on the Tarbet road - lot's of floods and loose gravel. A biker had lost it and impailed his bike (GS1200) and himself into a caravenette. The caravenette had stopped him going straight into the lochside. I think he had back injuries. This is a very bad stretch of road especially with heavy rain the night before. Anyway great run and roll on the Laggan express. Might be a poor turnout as they've started gritting.

I was up in Glencoe on Sunday.
Spotted 2 916 sps's at the green welly.
Talking to a guy with a 1979 Darmah 900 at The Drovers Inn.
Had a great day. Didn't get in until after 9 pm
