Chase them Ains, I crashed last year and had it agreed in about 2 weeks, Charlie at Leeds got me my new bike and helped me out while insurance company sorted the paperwork, prepared cheque and it cleared. Morning after the crash i phoned them 3 times, asked same questions, still suffering from concussion anyway just asked for dates when they would do things and if it wasn't done phoned back and asked why not, TBH they only missed one thing and that was probably the post. The day the assessor saw bike he phoned me 45 minutes later and we agreed a figure. paperwork got screwed up cos they wrote it off so quickly and I didn't have V55 and couldn't get a duplicate cos it was written off, if it hadn't been for that I think it would have gone through in under 3 weeks.
