I haven't posted anything here for ages, but still alive and riding the M1000Sie. As I'm 68 and a bit crocked, I don't wander far, but a nice breakfast at the Owl's Nest Llandovery is always welcome and is only 30 miles away. This café is extremely popular and very busy at weekends which is why I went yesterday, Tuesday. If you are in South Wales, it's well worth a visit.
