...Mart at Duc Glasgea has an office like a shrine to the Ducati!....:hail: ....which got me thinking, do other members of DuN keep a collection of somekind, M/cycle/ Ducati related or whatever.

...heres my sad offering, a wee shrine, like wot Martin's got!

well, not really a shrine more tasteful decoration of the house in a motorbike style :)

i've got 2 line drawings of a Honda 6 and MV 500/4 done by Christopher Marshall these are about 36 x 22 inches , these have been framed by a friend of mine and are now displayed in our dining room.

the jpg's don't do his work justice, the attention to detail is incredible.

we've also got a Dainese wall clock in the kitchen

biggest problem for me is that having cycling as my main influence the house is also covered in classic Tour de France prints as well as more modern dig/dirt jump stuff as well, an eclectic collection which Linzi seems to put up with :)

....those line drawings do look good, even in thumbnail size, the attention to detail is evident. A talented artist for sure!

I could have posted one, had a young boy messing with my Digi camera not deleted the pics of my 748 in the 'dining room' of my two bed terraced house I bought when I got divorced. I didn't have a table to put there so it was a work of art instead :lol2:
 
got pics of mine in the living room too , and the dining room, and the front hall but unfortunately all take on a 35mm cam and I havent got a scanner :( :(

apart from a handful of track day pictures in the front room there is also a glass display case with a carbon 999 seat unit from Haga's WSB bike, an Edwards Valencia rep helmet and some minichamps.

We have the plaques form the bikes as well.

The office has two giant framed poster sized pictures, one is a 996r and one is Bostrom at Brands. There is a desmo picture scheduled to be joining this. Also a picture of me with my old 748r.

well true but they matched the flag! (actually was it even a flag - i might have just made that up?) very cool pic tho:cool: :D

You forgot the Ducati snowboard on the landing..
 
me , its model vespas and lambrettas with the odd ducati thrown in,oh and bubble cars. ive got some really good pen and ink drawings of various scoots but the wife wont let me put them up.:D
