Hello All,

Just to remind anyone that may eager to get out tomorrow, we are meeting at around 10.15 am at the picnic area, Broxton roundabout, probably going into mid-wales and the like. I know Martyn & Gavin have organised a meeting from D/M around the same time so we may see you later on!

was out on the bike today, tip for tomorrow, wrap up warm, OK i only had summer gloves on but my thumbs! thought id got frost bite! Have a good ride, if its sunny like today should make for a nice ride out.
 
I was out today too for the first time ........ fantastic but cold (2' and ice still on the side of the road on the way back at 4pm!!!)

That's because you won't ride something more practical that doesn't cut your blood supply off due to the weight of your wrists on the bars!!! ;)
Cheers for the advice although just got back from old trafford and I'm not happy! :mad: ....Might just stay in bed and sulk..:rolleyes:

Gave the bike a wash and sprayed off the crap.
In the time it takes to put a hose away the seat now has a layer of ice over it. Granted it's in the shade but blinkin heck, good luck to anyone who's out and about.

i went out mid afternoon, 2 deg and the snowflake glowing on the dash as i went over Shap, sunny but no heat coming from it :( came back same way about 4 ish, ouch, even with heated grips on max my hands were cold, heated jacket wasn't plugged in and i was glad to get home, the bike wash can wait, a quick spray with 365 once cool will suffice :)
