Question please - V4 foglights onto 1260

Hi all, question for a mate.

he has a 1260 PP and has Ducati oem engine bars fitted and is looking for the foglights, however, he likes the look of the V4 foglights and wondered if they would fit his 1260. He understands the brackets are different and he may need to get a pair made up but would the fogs work on his 1260.

I can’t see why not but has anyone fitted any?

The later fog/spot lights have the connectors the opposite way around to the earlier types - they may be a pain to wire in without gender changers.
