A few seconds of on-board footage taken with a wobbly camera. Apologies for the poor sound quality.

It sounds like wind noise, but it was just as bad when the bike was standing still with the engine running. I think it may be electrical interference, since the bike has its coil/Distributor/HT leads just beneath the tank. (Maybe I'll wrap the camera in tin-foil next time..!)

Speedo is in feet per minute Mike! (..but I can confirm that no speed limits were broken during the filming of the clip. Ahem!)

Truth is, speed is limited by brake performance rather than engine performance. I'd hate to have to stop in a real hurry!
