hi, looking at map somewhere round rawtenstall seems to be central meeting place - although i must admit i don't know the area that well - would have thought that meeting up at 12 for lunch/brunch would be reasonable time.

wanted to free a little bit of cash so sadly bm gone but picked up the tre as a trade sale, needed a lbit of tlc but now nearly fully sorted, hopefully all as it should be by next week!

nicer to ride than the rsv-r and has more character than the bm and to top it all it sounds awesome.

in the best colour too!

I'll organise it if nobody else will. Run up to Hartside? Too far? Devil's? Too boring? Whitby? Too windy? Hawes?

Could collect folk at Squire's if there is any interest, but I'm NOT going to go just there, sorry.
 
I'm up for that, its finally got above freezing for the first time in a week today , i don't mind cold but -2 all day and every back road covered in ice weren't that tempting :D How about a meet point for lunch at somewhere like Hawes Cafe, Wilfs in Staveley, more suggestions welcome.... prefer somewhere where whoever gets there first can wait in comfort not the fookin wall at Devils :D
 
guys I dont think that Mark has his bike from the workshop as yet so please go ahead and get the run organised between yourselves

as lynne has just confimed - unfortunately my wheels won't be back on the road by sunday (still in workshop) so i regrettably must miss this one out - definitely up for the next one though - now i remeber why i used to have two bikes

when i originally posted (18th dec) i was fully mobile, i then put bike in for what was meant to be a quick service but that obvioulsy hasn't gone to plan.

why would anyone post knowing they wouldn't be able to make it?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

for those who do manage to get out have a good run
