newbie ecu question

hi guys my 848 street fighter is tucked up in the garage now and I'm looking at exhaust cans , I'm looking at termi titanium cans and I'm asking you guys if i need to get a new ecu to get remapped or can the standard one be rewritten , all the ducs i have had in the past have been carb so this is my first FI duc ,

The Termi kit should come with a new ECU as well as a new air filter. If it's secondhand you're buying and don't have the ECU then yes, I can flash a new map onto your existing ECU
