Have you hidden the illegals away there until their status can be rectified?

If you get two people your size, they'll never fit in those chairs wobble chops
Hey bro!!!! How the fuck are ya?Were 57 pages in... did you consider to extend the house without planning permission or can you just do as yer like in your country ? Cause youve done a shed load of work there..
Shame you didnt treat all that floor joists and wooden pins in waste oil/creosote mix...
All Good here, Been in touch with Karl aka "Not Carl Fogarty" and Jen from Spondon... both of them want me to visit them... am still waiting for them to return the favour... I can still remember the little shoe box home you had in Southall London, luckily you had the garage and the only guy to have a bed next to all your bikes and shit...Hey bro!!!! How the fuck are ya?
Na, can't do as we like here unfortunately but to be honest the house is plenty big enough for the 2 of us. Bigger house bigger costs, more cleaning more maintenance ect.
As for oil and creosote, all the timbers are treated and will last many decades ,
You didn’t tell us you had drafted in some help from a fellow forum member…..My b is away in auckland and ive been putting more flooring down in the lean to area. Only temporarily, as ive mentioned before, we must rebuild that area.
I thought id knock together a mock up of the kitchen lay out as a bit of a surprise for b coz she was struggling to see my vision even though I done a drawing..
We are miles off from being able to make the kitchen proper but I really wanted to see how its all gunna work out.
I love it.
The island will be on castors so as to be movable.
The sink will be under the window ( where the hammer is). That window gets swapped out for 1 thats is a 3rd bigger, 1800 wide and the oven and hob will be on the longer run of work top, next to the coffee cup.
The patio doors will be swapped out for a set that is nearly twice as wide. Those will come to where the yellow level is..
Gunna be ace!
One day.....View attachment 159955
Of course you can but I very much doubt we will be finished by then unless we win the lottery! All Good here, Been in touch with Karl aka "Not Carl Fogarty" and Jen from Spondon... both of them want me to visit them... am still waiting for them to return the favour... Edit** So i can be the 1st visitor of 2027 to come over ?? am sure you'll be finished with the renovations this year...
Hammer should get them in, @WAYNE can advise on best procedureThey are 900mm wider and 150 higher than the existing set so will open things up nicely.

That and Enfield advice!!
You've never pulled a caravanSo i we t and got all the cladding today, 48 lengths at 4.8 mtrs a length.
Ive carried 4.8 mtr lengths on the trailer before but not so many. Trouble is with the boards back far enough from the rear of the car ( for tight turns) there was 2.9 mtrs aft of the center of trailer wheels and only 1.9 in front. Not a problem at all with a small load but it was a lil bit shit with this much.
the trailer is rated for 1200 kg ( but i only go to around 800 as ive had 1200 on it and didnt like it) this load was probably around 500kg max but the weight bias made the tail start wagging the dog at anything over about 70kph.
I found this out on a short stretch of 80kph road. After that was about 5k of 100kph main highway.
So i took a detour up past our @Laava 's place. The road was deserted so i sat on 50kph all the way. Probably added 20 mins to the trip but got it home safe.
Anyhu, ive unloaded half into the lean to and am having a beer break!!
