Multistrada Electrics

I have no electric circuits on my multi apart from the immobilser. I have checked all the fuses I can find and the battery is in excellent condition.I did have new clocks fitted about two weeks ago as the circuit board decided it wanted a new life elsewhere. Any help would be much appreciated in advance. Perhaps it's being awkward as I've threatened a wife swap for a 1098.

Has your immobiliser kicked in? Get your manual out and the key card with the number on and get reading & twiddling with the throttle. Sounds like a right pain from what I've read :comp2: :comp2:

Or maybe you have a problem with the key or the antenna in lock surround. Go to Multistrada.net for more info.

Are there any error codes displayed?

As the bike has been messed with recently are sure all the connections including the battery terminal are tight.

I've checked all connections when I gave it a winter overall about two weeks ago and I ACF50'd everything. Went out on it New Years Eve for a long run around the Lake District and everything was ok. No error codes are displayed as I don't think any electric is getting to the display unit although the immobiliser light is flashing. My two cats like sleeping on the bike, maybe they've disturbed something. I'll try the key card thingy but I once had to do that on my 749 and gave up. Thanks.
