Month End: Time for SORN?

Sorn done already :(
I've seen what the salt does and I also know the fun you can have with rear wheel drive just not on 2 wheels, been there and got the t shirt.

Sorned the Monster .... he's getting a wee bit old for these winters :(

Won't be Sorning the Trumpet though :D

Put the Sport Classic on SORN last night,

Street Triple taxed through until May, for that odd sunny day

Gritters have been out on the roads here for the last two nights running, must be getting rid of last years excess

At around £6 per month road tax why sorn? Just drink 2 pints of guinness less a month (or a botlle of wine for the ladies) :)

. . . and no one's forcing you to ride your bike in the salt . .

My tax expired at the end of last month anyway - the reason for this thread originally being that I didn't want anyone getting a fine for forgetting to SORN or re tax.

Re the above: Thanks, but NO THANKS, I've ridden through snow drifts on my bike that cars couldn't even get past and still made it to work (a little late, Team Duc will be stunned to hear ;) )

Likewise, I've cycled all through various winters as well so I think the car will be my preferred option but...

I still have another bike taxed for the 'odd' nice day.

Aye Frank, I think we are all thankful for your SORN reminder.....naebody wants a fine....as to riding through the winter, lots of us have done it in the past, for many years I never had a car.....but now the bike is taxed anyway and will stay that way in case as Miles has pointed out we get some unseasonal weather, I was out yesterday and did a 50 mile "message" have to admit to being freakin frozen by time I got home!! Now where's me big slipper and fleece snuggle blankey!!;)

I know, that's why it's sorned !

Ducati ran out end of this month and thats now sorned, should think it'll be May time that comes out.

Honda will be back on the road for beginning of march though. Depressing.

Don't have SORN here. Tax goes from January to December - even if you pay for it in November it costs the same as if you pay at the start of the year. Norwegians have some weird ideas about fairness!
