Hey Derek, are you still going? Wondered if you want to meet up on the way over. I was planning to meet the group at the Pitloichry stop and have asked Borderduc for a time etc.

Hi John,
Yes I'm still going. I had thought of joining up with them on the Crieff - Aberfeldy road. It's only a few miles from Dunkeld but Pitlochry would be fine.

Either would be fine for me Derek. I know Visocchis in the square at Kirriemuir well - a good place for a bacon roll.
How do you fancy meeting there. Do you have any idea of times?
 
I hadn't really thought about times yet but if they're leaving from Kincardine Bridge at 9.00 then I would imagine about 10.00 at Pitlochry. Kirrie is only 5 miles up the road from me and I'll have had my breakfast but I could meet you there at 9.00 and we could leave after you've had your bacon roll. I'll confirm times later in the week after I know what the others are planning.
 
Fine derek, I will be at Visocchis for 09.00.
Borderduc replied to another thread saying he estimated 10.30 at Pitlochry so that would seem to fit in OK.:)
 
Pitlochry is just over 1/2 an hour from Kirrie so we might have a bit of time to spare. I can make it 9.30 if you prefer.
 
I reckon we'll need to be leaving Kirrie about 9.45 so if you need time to eat your bacon roll maybe we should make it 9.15. :)
