Local machinist?

Hi Guys,

Does anybody on here have machining/milling equipement or access to?

Ideally sombody local(ish) to Edinburgh.

Ive got 2 lathe's and pillar drill in my workshop. You can use it if you want, maybe you can show me how to work the thing as well! :D
 
Thanks for the offer Davie but it's a milling machine not a lathe that's needed. Oh aye, and someone to operate it!!!

What is it you need doing?
 
Nice one Davie!

Nothing too heavy duty needed I don't think equipement wise.

It's a mag top yoke that needs a bit of cleaning up, as it stands it's pretty much as it came out of the mold so what I want done is basically tidy up around the outside edge.

If you can put that to your mate and see what he thinks that'd be great.

Shame i,m not closer , Have access to industrial milling machines and lathes plus gear cutters ;) biggest lathe will swing 54 inch ,anyone want there discs skimmed you can leave them on the wheel if you want :D
