First post! Anyone going to Knockhill on Sat? Might be handy to know someone there when I lob it in the gravel(forecast is rain)

Hi, Im going to knockhill saturday, mind and bring wets with you.
I was there last Friday on new tyres @@@@ed down most of the day, thought somebody had greased the track at one point. Still had a ball though, not taking the 1098 this time (saving that for Almeria) be on a black zx7, its an old scudder but great fun....

Kenny, is this just a turn up on thre day job then ??? Don't mind the wet, but it's Knockhill in October - it could be SNOW.... Don't want to book as its looking like a HOWLER this weekend.
 
Stuart , when i was there last friday a couple of guy's took the chance and just turned up, they got on no prob's. I agree with foxy subscibe and they'll keep you posted. As for the weather its knockhill... got it's own climate so who knows might even be sunny ha! ha!
 
Cheers Kenny, I'll look out for you, a big fan of zx7's myself, I had one until a couple of years ago. I've got a top fairing for one in the shed, a bit scruffy and the headlight holes are f/glassed over-if you're interested.
Wets? My Diablos will have to do! although there's a good dusting of snow on Ben Ledi this morning, spikes anyone?
 
Knockhill, more like freezing , wet , windy (gale force) hill. Arrived this morning greeted by horizontal rain and GUSTY winds, managed two session's before they abandoned the event. At one point there was only six of us hardy bast@*rds on the track. Enjoyed it anyway:D :D :D

Kenny, remember the sun screen for Almeria next month - look at the blue skies at Valancia for Sunday's Moto Gp - that to look forward to.
 
That was grim! If only ducati made a jet ski.
I don't mind the rain, but the wind was crazy. The ride home was ammusing too, lots of floods and flying debris.
Think I'll join you lot in Spain next time
