Kawasaki KR1000 Endurance Replica

@Exige Agreed, there are too many weasily words in there for comfort. Would your friendly local MOT tester/test station not be able to advise on this issue?
Yes indeed, it will need an mot and he will accept a brake light on its own as a safety exception as will the local bobbys 👮‍♀️ 👍

So, airport run over and an afternoon fiddling with a long awaited task - plugging the redundant Clutch Push Rod seal/hole.

I had decided just to plug it with a new rod (thanks Mark) and hold it in place with a spring clip. I made it from a microphone clip ordered off eBay for a couple of £. It was ideal once cut to locate into a countersunk recess in the casing which prevents it turning.

Clever. 👏

Are we there yet?😂

I don't look at any form of scrambler much but I saw an 1100's clocks which reminded me a bit of yours

My last doors are now fitted upstairs so it's back to the proper job - just had Dave round of Mutts Nuts 2 Stroke 2 Stroke Emporium to survey the electric system layout and we made a list of what I need to buy.

Anyone know of a good quality on/off keyed ignition switch as I don't want to buy a cheapo ebay one?
Also a good quality fuse box (6 way will be more than enough) as all I can find are the cheap looking plaggy ones.
I also need a brake banjo pressure switch for the rear brake - I think light-tec do one again rather than buying cheap stuff of of eBay.
I've found a good quality Starter Solenoid from Electrex World.

I need to get everything bought and mounted prior to September when Dave can wire it for me ⚡⚡⚡:)

Brembo do the banjo pressure switches.

Thanks, found this one but it says M10 x 1.25 in the title but in the notes it says M10 x 1.0 are used on all Genuine Brembo Master Cylinders

So I guess it's this one:

That's the wrong thread :)
Don't get me started on threads, i worked in the trade for over 7 years and threads are a minefield, UNC, UNF, Whitworth, Metric, BSC, thats just a taste. When i was at Lawsons we would get old guys coming in with a list of prehistoric threads mainly for steam traction engines etc, we had a guy on our team that could tell you the size and pitch just by looking at it. We stocked or could order in said thread sizes, the reason they would come to us is we didn't do minimum orders as most in Southampton do.

Yesterday I added 4 spacers to my electrical platform so I can fix the igniter box under the plate if needed. I will see what room I have on top when I get all the bits together.

Today I’ve ordered my fuse box and ignition switch 🙂

Double-speak and qualified accounting of time has debunked this story already.

The count starts when you want it to start, not when the work starts. We've already established this.

For instance, I have never in my life been married, not once, but I'm only counting from 2013.
Which makes me ten years old ... so back off, groomer.
