Jerez Report ! :) no crashes although . . . .

Yeah. I agree with all the comments. The pictures are amazing and I am mighty jealous. Looks like a brilliant trip.
The story on the Aygo had me in stitches! Beats Long Way Round by a wide margin!!

And the Johnny pic is class.

yea mike, i was on my own bike :D ALOT different from the rice rocket.

plus the track was a different Class, honestly makes knockhill look like a car park m8, but im still looking foward to getting back on knockhill, i still love the little place.

i can imagine it's top stuff at Jerez. in recent years i've only ever ridden a bike round knockhill. ages ago i had a track session at Donnington (Ron Haslam school on a Honda CBR 600), i'd like to go back there one day. maybe i could join the boys on the trip to jerez next year. depends on whether i can be bothered to do all the track conversion work to the 999. maybe i'll chuck a load of cash at Harry (DG) and ask him to sort it. it also depends on whether my other toy from Ducati has arrived by then. biggest depend of all is getting it all past the missus.

i'll be back at the knockhill "car park" tomorrow, there's an open bike session from 09.00 until 12.30. i'll be having another go at getting my knee down (how hard can it be for a newbie????). see you there?

go for it mike, put the date in your calander foe next year.

it dosnt cost alot at all to put race body work, crash bungs & a few other bits n bobs. At lot less than if you bin that nice carbon fibre :eek:, id get it done soon m8 coz if ure gonna keep up the track days then any thing can happen, some geezer could drop his oil on the racing line & ull be going down or someone could take you out, u never know.

im not gonna do the TD's that knockhill arrange, im gonna stick to Martins nights as theyre ALOT more layed back with an open pit lane & theres nice folk there all on Ducati's.

Have a good 1 tho m8, & hang off that bike if u want to touchdown.

Ian great write up mate , great pics and good to see the weather picked up after a dodgy start.

The hired car escapade will take a bit of beating.

Bikes looking the part too well done mate you've put a lot of time and effort into this.
