Any other note worthy cars under £20K....?

I recently started looking again, but I get bogged down and then think... I don't drive the three I have now.
VW MK4 R32, VW MK4 TDI GTI and an older Merc E240 .

The big thing around here is the changes to ULEZ.
I park two vehicles on the street as it makes getting into and out of the property easier.
Street parking is now costing nearly £400/pa

Also I've been looking at Car road tax..... what a strange world post 2006.... and even stranger post 2017.
