I want to thank everyone!

Many Congrats Mr R - these things are often easily dismissed as gimmicks, but word of mouth from your customers says you deserve it. Glasgow's a bit far from Warrington to call in for a coffee, but sometime next year I will be doing the rounds of GB and will endeavour to pop in to see just what it is that DM have to aspire to ;)

Oh, and nice to see you put your posh frock on for the occasion (runs for cover V. quickly indeed) ....

Well done Martin and all the team, and best of luck for what looks like difficult times ahead, however the best always survive and prosper.

Well done Martin, and the rest of the team. I too have never bought a bike from you but am always made to feel welcome and always receive the same high standards of service as those that have bought bikes.
If I am ever in the fortunate position of being able to afford a new bike in the future I would not even dream of going anywhere but Ducati Glasgow.

Hopefully with the launch of the 1198, monster 1100 and the new streetfighter your success will continue.

Fantastic result Martin,

Well done to you and the team. You must be absolutely delighted and deservedly so.

Guy

Absolutely fantastic news Martin and no-one deserves it more than you and the team at DG - many many congratulations

Thanks for the SDC mention too :) and I wish you every success for 2009

Great news, really happy to hear that. Extremely well deserved, Well done to all @ DG.

I wish you every success in 2009 and beyond.

Just opened up this thread.
Cracking news.
Well deserved:thumbs:

I bet there are not many forums where the dealer gets so much praise.

Well done Martin, I know how difficult the job can be, I still have not got my sorry arse up there but i do plan to, a bit of unfinished business if I remember rightly !!!

i am new to everything to do with bikes as i have only passed my test a couple of months ago and have been in by DG couple of times and have to say that compared to the other bike dealers (who were going to sell me any bike i looked at) i was very impressed with how helpfully and the unpressured sales approach, well done for much deserved recognition!!

sorry about my spelling its not one of my strong points!! lol

Well done DG wooo hooooo.

I'm not surprised by this as I've been in a few Ducati shops in the Uk, Europe and in the US and nobody does Ducati quite like martin and his team.

Congratulations to DG.
Cheers
Steve

ps who is that guy with Martin in the pics??? :)

Couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of folk.

Well deserved and well done.

If you were selling ice and I was an Eskimo, I would buy it from DG :)

 I'm late as usual but let me add my congratulations and say WELL DESERVED to you, Martin, and the team at DG !. The rest of the motorcycle trade could learn a lot from you guys.

Here's to continuing success !

Well done indeed, congradulations to you all at DG, it's nice to see some recognition for all the hard work you've put in, well deserved!

I dont know how you managed it. All I ever get is people slagging me off, cheeky remarks, folk having a laugh at you and there is always somebody trying to force coffee cakes or buns at me. Ive been going in there since before you officially opened for bits and bobs and I only ever go back to see if things will change and it never does, always the bl###y same !!!

First class. Nice folk. Good craic. Well deserved.
Cheers DG team, you earned it

Have always received great service and advice from Ducati Glasgow, staff are always friendly and helpful.........well deserved guys!

It is really lovely to read a thread praising a dealer from so many customers, now that makes a refreshing change.....I wish you 09 to be as good as 08:cool:

Martin,
We were all told that if we posted a positive reply & best wish's to you all at DG we would get a 20% discount on our next purchase or service.
WAS THIS FALSE INFORMATION??????????:D :D :D

I wasn't told anything of the sort:confused::dunno:

A very late addition from me but had to put this in, my 999S was due its 2nd service last month and i was sh####g myself at the price that I thought I was going to have to pay as I was well skint, but to my delight, due to the low mileage on the bike, the bill was approx 100quid less than it should have been due to a bit less work being required, now I was in the motor trade for a good few years and that type of thing just never happened, you paid the full price no matter what! I was very impressed I must say, once again thanks DG!!

Ducati Glasgow

My only complaint with Ducati Glasgow is that its in Glasgow - and thats 120 miles away. Wish it was closer so I could take the wife there more often and pursuade her that we need a new 848 !!!

Congratulations to you all at Ducati Glasgow.
Pete Mc Abby and Baby Matt

Well done and well deserved.

I buy my Ducati bits at DG even though they are 6644 miles away. :)

Mike

Yeah, me too, even though they are 6.644 miles away :p - here's a question, does Martin deliver for you ???? ;) :D

Hats Off Again

credit where credit is due again, martin and fergie don't see eye to eye, but when we were preparing the aging 999R ;) for Almeria it became evident that fergie hadn't prepared his trusted steed at all  It was ILL, and showed no signs of life, looked sick, tired and unloved, the bike was in a similar condition too. After many hours of optimate revival I phoned Martin, expecting a FCUK OFF... it didn't happen, try this, try that, do this.... and as usual when the chips are down.... DG are there......

Fergie - thank Martin please :p Cyber hand shake required.

I see it's going to be a long night.... and a long wait ????
