am i thick or what how do you add a piccy to a post i have clicked on manage attachments but nothing happens

ok i have sussed how to upload apic but it is too big so how do i make it a smaller file size before i upload

Theres a wee tool you can download that goes into your options when you "right click" and comes up "resize pictures"

Weeian knows where it is on the net.....i have totally forgotten

There's also Arcsoft photo impression 3. I got it free with my scanner but you can download it from torrentz fur free.
