Help - MOT Time looms

The time is rapidly approaching for the old girl to get her yearly check. I'm new to the area and would appreciate some help from anyone in York/Harrogate who could recommend a good MOT centre. I'd prefer a tester with a profound hearing disability as she wears 'carbon cans.'
 
Hi Mac, I take mine to starbeck motorcycles on Camwal road in Starbeck, it is just round the corner from sticky Staiano on the right. He is Ok with termis....If I can't see the words 'not for road use' or 'race only' then I will pass it is his way of thinking. You won't have a problem there 01423 889916 the telephone number says it all!!!;)
 
He is has been good with last minute panic phone calls with me but I would try and book something a day or two in advance just to be on the safe side.
