I dont like Dr's and my experience with this shoulder replacement has maxe this worse. My Dr is telling me I can start to lift 5lbs max right now bit I have been loading 40lb bags of pellets for weeks and have been back to work for 2 weeks now where I regularly lift car batteries and other heavy stuff. They want me to wait another 8 weeks before I can start back to work at light duty limited to 15lbs max. They want us all on the exact same plan with no concession to the individual. I guess Im just a fast healer.
You are right but don't over do it. It's easy to get carried away and be back to square one.
Solid advice, I am very careful, or was when I first started to add any weight. Should there be any discomfort felt, I stop and rest immediately. I am very slow and smooth when lifting and have been working with stretchy rubber bands to add strength without the risk of tearing anything. My post was to show that individuals are all different and can feel when their body is ready to slowly increase activity, not just follow a recommended schedule.

What follows: mandatory abortion? Forced sterilisation of the parents? Don't bet against it. Parliament has already voted to legalise the euthenasia of inconvenient babies up to the moment of birth, and of the old and sick when they become a nuisiance. It's a small step to screening for babies that might grow up to vote the "wong" way.

Anyway. The point is, when you control the decisions made by the visible portion of Government, and you control who sits "in Government", and you control "the opposition" to the Government and you control "the Protest Vote Alternative to the Mainstream" ... you don't give a shit about "votes".
The only thing you care about are squirters who are ejected by the fake "democratic" system, particularly if they have powerful voices and significant followings and are individuals who can potentially inspire resistance in others. Or did you think that the Regime hates people like Tommy Robinson (Not His Real Name) just because he is a racist thug with a history of violence? The Regime LOVES racist thugs with a history of violence (as long as they serve the current goals of the Regime).
