How about making it a Saturday instead, still meeting at Hartside but with a final social in Pooley Bridge ( 6 mile west of M6 Penrith on Ulswater) at night. Keep it simple and inexpensive, bar meal for dinner and camping/B&B. There are 3 campsites there and ample B&B. The place is beautiful and there are at least 3 decent pubs . If people like they can head home via the lakes in the morning . Just a thought. :thumbs:
